li89 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "li89", "we", "us", "our" refers to the li89 platform and its operating entity, which provides online casino, sports betting, and related entertainment services accessible at li89.io.
• " You", "your", "Player", "Account Holder" refers to any individual who has registered an account on li89 or who accesses the li89 platform in any capacity.

To register an Account and use any li89 service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period your Account remains open:

• You are at least 21 years of age. li89 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account, place any wager, or access any gambling feature on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account on li89 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of li89, nor are you a close family member or household member of such a person.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing li89 is lawful in your location.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any of these details change. li89 bears no responsibility for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

li89 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

li89 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to complete KYC verification at any stage, including at the time of registration, prior to processing your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds, or when li89 has reasonable grounds to verify your identity or the source of your funds.

For KYC verification, li89 may request any combination of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence — showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your residential address, issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your own name.

Any Balance remaining in an Account closed for failure to complete KYC will be handled in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

li89 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits are subject to the individual limits set by your payment provider and any additional limits imposed by your li89 Account tier.

Deposits are processed in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your Balance within 15 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider, you must contact li89 customer support with your transaction reference number. li89 accepts no liability for delays caused by your payment provider or network issues beyond li89's control.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all li89 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. li89 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion's specific terms state that it is a recurring or unlimited offer.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Unless specific promotion terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games within 7 days of being credited. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from your Account without replacement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on li89. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in reports being made to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point, including during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account without their explicit consent.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software tool designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or system vulnerability on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other Players or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any activity that li89 reasonably determines constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the dispute with li89 customer support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent Account closure and recovery proceedings.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing li89 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting li89 customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, li89 will process the closure and return any remaining real-money Balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) to your verified payment method. Account closure requests submitted via email to [email protected] will be processed within two business days.

Suspension by li89: li89 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• li89 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms.
• Your Account is subject to a KYC review, fraud investigation, or dispute resolution process.
• li89 is required to do so to comply with applicable law or a request from a competent authority.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns are detected on your Account.

Termination by li89: li89 may permanently close your Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, where KYC verification has not been completed within the required period, or where li89 determines in its reasonable judgment that continuing to provide services to you poses an unacceptable risk. Upon Account termination for cause, li89 may withhold any Balance pending the outcome of relevant investigations. Where no breach is established, the remaining verified real-money Balance will be returned to you.

Self-exclusion closure: Players who request self-exclusion through li89's Responsible Gaming tools will have their Accounts closed for the elected period. Accounts closed under self-exclusion cannot be reopened before the elected period has expired. See Section 9 for full details of the Responsible Gaming program.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without closing it permanently.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence rights in any li89 intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any li89 content without the prior written consent of li89. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, li89's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

li89 shall not be liable to you — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss, even if li89 has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits li89's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by li89's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. li89 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond personal entertainment.

li89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, li89 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, sending an email notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which li89 operates. li89 and you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation initiated by contacting li89 customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may seek resolution through the competent courts or arbitration body of the applicable jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and li89 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
